Basic healthy eating advice hasn't changed for decades
As for the argument, 'Well I might as well eat what I like as 'expert' advice keeps changing,' the reality is that basic public health advice in relation to food has not actually changed for decades, added Dr Goldacre (don't smoke, drink in moderation, exercise regulatory, eat more fruit & veg, wholegrains and fiber and fewer sugary/fatty foods).
