The latest offering from Nello’s Sauce is a new sub-brand called American Pasta Sauce Co, with three products made with vine-ripened California tomatoes: Organic Marinara, Organic Tomato & Basil, and Organic Roasted Garlic (MSRP $5.99). The brand is all “about value, quality, supporting US farmers and labor, and the love of American families,” says Nello’s founder Neal McTighe.
“The branding shakes up the entire market, as nearly all other brands scream Italy, Italy, Italy. We resonate with another set of values.”
