Barengo’s flavor appeals to diverse consumers
Many of the tasters enjoyed the sweetness and low acidity of Barengo’s Balsamic Vinegary of Modena, which the company categorizes ideal for uncooked dishes, including a traditional caprese salad. Mark Fleming, who recently completed his graduate degree in business administration, suggested the sweetness “would go great with anything,” while O’Connor added the “herbal and vegetal” notes of the vinegar would help it pair well with vegetables, such as tomatoes, and salads.
