Suja unveils kombucha line with less sugar, more functionality
Suja Juice has unveiled a kombucha line made with a proprietary filtration system that filters out the bacteria used in the fermentation process post production to ensure sugar and alcohol levels are controlled.
Each SKU will feature a functional boost from a different adaptogenic herb, plus probiotics from the species lactobacillus rhamnosus, although Suja doesn’t specify which strains it is using on the label.
