TeloYears: Looking at aging based on telomere length
Age is less about how many times you’ve rotated the sun and more about the vitality of your cells, according to TeloYears. With just a drop of blood, users will get their test results within three to four weeks of sending back the sample.
Based on the results, users will get information on their average telomere length and how it compares (as a percentile) to others the same age and gender. It also comes with a ‘Blueprint for Aging Well,’ which is a detailed explanation on how to better understand oxidative stress, inflammation, lifestyle, and other factors that accelerate telomere shortening.
