Campbell Soup has appointed Monica Diaz to the newly-created role of chief diversity and inclusion officer, in which she will develop new programs and enhance existing initiatives to foster a more inclusive culture and diverse workforce.
Diaz has previously held similar roles at ESPN, Microsoft and Merck.
