Launched in September 2019, Target’s newest private label line Good & Gather has generated more than $1bn in sales and will nearly double its line with 600 new items this fall.

Good & Gather first launched with 650 items spanning dairy and produce to ready-made pastas and pantry categories. Over the past year, it has grown to include fresh and plant-based meats, yogurt, sauces and dressings, and oatmilk.

This fall, Target will debut 600 more Good & Gather creations across almost every food category, officially making Good & Gather Target’s largest owned brand driving half of owned brand food sales, said the company. Target’s other house food brands include Market Pantry, Archer Farms, and Simply Balanced.

New Good & Gather created by Target’s in-house food scientists and culinary experts include jalapeno avocado hummus, frozen zucchini spirals, bite-sized everything crackers, and meatless burgers, all made without artificial flavors, colors and sweeteners, and high fructose corn syrup.

“Starting now and throughout the fall, you’ll begin to see these new items pop up across our dairy, coffee, deli, bread and baking, snacks, produce, beverage, meal essentials, frozen and frozen seafood displays, with select items available on Target.com as well,” said Target.

The line expansion will feature 60 premium products under the Good & Gather 'Signature Collection' made with specialty ingredients designed to “elevate your everyday meals."
