Ranging in color from light to black, BriesSpecialty™ Flour are whole grain flours milled from a natural, proven ingredient—malt. They are nutritious, non-GMO, Kosher certified and made with no artificial colors, flavors or additives. They add only “malt” to the label while increasing whole grain content. Lighter flours are enzyme active for natural dough improvement and mild to intense malty flavor. Darker colors are enzyme free for deeper flavor and color adjustment.
