Fourteen Brazilian states have been granted access to the US market for fresh beef (chilled or frozen), following a 15-year period of trade restrictions.
Brazil will be internationally recognised as a foot-and-mouth disease free country next year, the country’s Ministry of Agriculture (MAPA) has claimed.
