Virginia Dare announces new appointments
Flavor company Virginia Dare has announced two new appointments – a business development director and a food technologist.
The Brooklyn, New York based company has appointed Stephanie Lynch, previously of the Dow Chemical Company, as business development director to focus on business development in the health and wellness, nutritional and pharmaceutical industries. At Dow, Lynch was global market manager of food and nutrition business.
The company has also appointed Sandy Liang as a Food Technologist to create new flavors for foods and beverages, to design prototypes, and to supply technical support in the health and nutrition area. She has over four years of product development experience, the company said, and recently graduated from Rutgers University with a Masters in Nutritional Sciences.
