Z Trim joins with Aveka for manufacturing and IP protection
Dietary fiber ingredients firm Z Trim Holdings has entered an agreement with the Aveka Group for new product development, manufacturing, and to protect and expand its intellectual property.
The Aveka Group is a contract manufacturing and research and development company that focuses on particle technology.
CEO of Z Trim Holdings Steve Cohen said: "Aveka is the perfect partner to help us expand both our production and innovation capabilities. Their team brings a diverse mix of knowledge and experience across several markets including food, industrial, pharmaceutical and cosmetics, all of which have the potential to use and benefit from our technology."
The agreement also aims to develop research and development projects to improve the functional performance of Z Trim’s patented fiber ingredients.
