ConAgra appoints VP and general manager at Spicetec
ConAgra Foods has appointed Mark A. Duffy as vice president and general manager of Spicetec Flavors & Seasoning – formerly the flavors and seasonings division of Gilroy Foods & Flavors, which ConAgra Foods sold in July.
Duffy was previously president of the quality assurance division of Specialized Technology Resources, and prior to that was president of the food ingredient and flavor systems company Griffith Laboratories USA. He will report to Paul Maass, president of ConAgra Foods’ Commercial Foods business, the company said.
Maass said in a statement: “Mark is an established industry leader with a proven record of delivering sales growth and driving operational excellence. We look forward to Mark applying his in-depth experience and insights to this role and leading the Spicetec Flavors & Seasonings business to new heights through continued innovation, flawless operational execution and superior customer service.”
