Integrated Marketing Group has entered a ‘new phase of expansion’ with the appointment of industry veteran Peggy Jackson as director of business development.

The appointment, announced today, will allow the Utah-based agency to expand its client base and expertise in the business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets. Jackson will also manage strategic planning and marketing for select clients, said the agency.

“Integrated Marketing Group is entering a new phase of expansion,” said Jeff Hilton, agency co-founder and partner. “Our business is poised for growth and we are excited to have someone of Peggy's stature and knowledge base join our team.”

The agency will celebrate its 15th anniversary in April and is targeting growth in the food and beverage, and personal care sectors – beyond its power base in the natural products industry.

Talking with NutraIngredients-USA, Jackson, a 15 year veteran of the natural products industry most notably as former Virgo executive vice president of its health & nutrition network, said that her extensive experience and contacts list across the various sectors would drive the agency’s food and beverage business development initiatives.

“The industry has changed so much for good over the last 15 years,” said Jackson, “and my long standing relationships from growing SupplySide will translate to the food and beverage industry.”
