The Process Expo 2013 will see new software and innovations that tackle fat analysis accuracy, contamination and document management.

The global food equipment and technology show will provide visitors with a range of solutions and expertise for businesses.

Eagle Product Inspection will showcase its industry-leading Eagle FA720 system, which ensures that the meat is supplied to chemical lean values specific to the customer.

The system has been launched to meet new levels of quality and productivity and offers unrivalled accuracy in fat analysis.

Strategic business unit manager Kyle Thomas said: “Quality Assured is our brand promise and commitment to the meat industry to continually design innovative fat analysis and contaminant detection technologies that will provide unrivalled accuracy to the meat processing industry and its customers.”

Eagle will also launch its Validate software which is built into the FA720, providing verification of accuracy at chemical lean values, and is less time-consuming, error-prone and costly than other similar software.

“The new Eagle VALIDATE software, Marquee Display Unit and Remote Touchscreen Console innovations are the first of their kind in the processing industry and are the result of our significant investment into technology,” added Thomas. “These innovations will help enhance our customers’ fat management procedures and address emerging process control needs.”

Process Expo takes place in Chicago, US, from 3-6 November.
