Find out at our online Beverage Innovation Summit​ on February 4, where you can hear what 7-Eleven's senior Director, Merchandising, Tom Burkemper thinks about what's hot and what's not in the beverage aisle, and which categories have picked up the slack as unit sales of carbonates have dropped off.

You will also hear speakers​ from Fairlife, Honest Tea, Mamma Chia, KonaRed, Jin+Ja, Reed’s, Vertical Water, KeVita, and Bolthouse Farms talk about what they’re doing differently, and what trends they think have staying power, at the free-to attend online event organized by FoodNavigator-USA and BeverageDaily, which kicks off at 11.30am eastern time, and culminates in a 60-minute CEO panel debate starting at 4pm.

We've also invited market researchers, innovation experts, and social media gurus to give you an insight into which categories are growing and why; how to use facebook, twitter and other platforms to build your brand; what customization means for cold beverages (will Keurig Cold be a hit?); and what retailers are really looking for. The Coca-Cola Company invested in Chicago-based co-operative Fairlife LLC in December 2012, and since then the company’s star has only risen further. Here, CEO Steve Jones introduces the company and its mission, looking at trends in dairy and the ‘protein opportunity’.

He will first talk about the Core Power Brand, reviewing its progress in the market to date, before discussing Fairlife milk and how the company feels this addresses consumers’ wants and needs, as well as potential future opportunities .

Finally no high fructose in my beverage!!!

I used to drink a 12 pack of Coke/Dr. Pepper a week.
Now I do not drink any after they quit making the throwback beverage.
I had stomach issues and bloating with the high fructose beverages.
When it comes out I will return to drinking some again.
