Converting air into sugar: Coca-Cola and University of California Berkeley team up to develop space mission tech for F&B

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and the University of California Berkeley are investigating scalable methods of converting captured CO2 into sugar. The idea – which is already being developed separately with NASA for long-haul space missions – has the potential to reduce some of the largest CO2 contributors in Coca-Cola’s supply chain.
