Keurig Dr Pepper CEO resigns after less than four months in the role

Dokmecioglu agreed to resign ‘due to violations of the company's Code of Conduct that were unrelated to strategy, operations or financial reporting’, says a statement from KDP, without giving further details. Its focuses are on soft drinks, specialty coffee and tea, water, juice and juice drinks and mixers: with a portfolio of 125 owned, licensed and partner brands including Keurig, Dr Pepper, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Canada Dry, Snapple, Bai, Mott's, CORE and The Original Donut Shop.

Keurig Dr Pepper has announced the resignation of Ozan Dokmecioglu as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the KDP Board of Directors: with Bob Gamgort, the company’s current Executive Chairman and former CEO, reappointed as CEO.
