There are three regional heats covering the Americas, EMEA and APAC. In each heat, ten finalists will be chosen, and their innovations will gain unparalleled exposure through the FoodNavigator websites.
From this shortlist, our judges will choose two runners-up and an overall winner for the region. Each will receive a complimentary VIP summit pass (see below for regional events) and enhanced PR exposure via the summit channels.

For the Americas heats, finalists will be announced at Future Food-Tech in San Francisco, March 19-20, 2025. Entries close on January 12, 2026.
EMEA finalists will be announced at Future Food-Tech in London, September 24-25, 2026. Entries close in June 2026.
An finally the APAC finalists will be announced at the Asia-Pacific Agri-Food Innovation Summit in Singapore, November 3-5, 2026.
All finalists will also automatically qualify for a chance to win the coveted prize of the world’s most innovative food tech innovation in 2026.
