EU fights WTO sugar ruling

Brussels will fight to appeal against a new decision by the World Trade Organisation that rules the EU illegally subsidises exports of sugar, ruling in favour of a legal challenge by Australia, Thailand and Brazil, the world's largest sugar producer.
