Sfoglini completes $2.5m financing round led by Almanac Insights to fuel its organic pasta empire

New York based organic pasta maker Sfoglini has completed a $2.5m financing round led by Almanac Insights, an investment fund created by David Barber, co-owner of award-winning farm-to-table restaurants Blue Hill and Blue Hill at Stone Barns.
