Its new Ticaloid PRO 192 AGD product can also provide emulsification, enabling firms to ditch soy lecithin in heat processed beverages, and suppresses gelation that is commonly seen in dairy based protein beverages over time.
TIC Gums is also seeing strong interest in its USA-produced guar gum 'GuarNT USA' (the guar is grown in India and Pakistan but processed in the US in an SQF level 3 facility), said associate marketing comms manager Corie Beyers.
