Mondelez innovation lead: There's never been a better time to start a food company
We began our trip - which was organized by the Israel Export Institute - at the ReThinking Food conference in Tel Aviv - in which Mondelez International global innovation lead Gil Horsky claimed there has "never been a better time in history to start a food company," as small brands continue to take share from big CPG brands and access to capital and expertise continue to improve.
