Robertet Flavors appoints culinary research chef
Meanwhile, fellow flavor and fragrance firm Robertet has appointed Julian Dabrowski as research chef in its flavors division, reporting to associate director of flavor applications Phyllis Williams.
In this newly created role, Dabrowski will develop new products with Robertet's Flavor Applications team, while using his culinary expertise to expand Robertet's capabilities.
"Julian's culinary perspective will enrich Robertet's applications capabilities," said John Scire, senior vice president, Robertet Flavors.
"His passion for food and drink will add depth to our exploration of unique flavor pairings and new products, and will enliven conversations with our product development partners."
