FMC BioPolymer appoints Marshall Fong as global marketing director, food ingredients
Marshall Fong has been appointed to the role of marketing director at FMC BioPolymer. He replaces Bryan Bast, who is now business director of Natural Colors.
Previously, Fong was director of commercial development at Lonza, where he was responsible for implementing growth strategies for its life sciences ingredients portfolio. Prior that, he was the marketing leader for probiotics specialist Ganeden Biotech, and held marketing roles at Ingredion (then National Starch), Pharmavite and Nestlé.
