Miyoko’s Kitchen adds vegan butter to its cultured nut milk portfolio
Artisan vegan cheese maker Miyoko's Kitchen has added ‘European Style Cultured VeganButter’ and ‘Fresh VeganMozz’ to its gourmet range of cultured cashew nut products available at selected Whole Foods stores. The VeganButter is made from cultured cashew milk and organic coconut oil (not palm oil), while Fresh VeganMozz is made from organic coconut milk, organic cashews and then brined for flavor.
