7-Eleven exec joins Outlaw Energy as CEO and chairman

Outlaw Energy has hired former 7-Eleven chief merchandising officer Jesus Delgado-Jenkins as CEO and chairman, replacing Doug Weekes, who will remain with Outlaw as COO.
