Foodstirs expands into ready-to-eat baked goods, refreshes brand, logo
Foodstirs - best known for its clean-label baking mixes - has launched a line of ready-to-eat products and refreshed its brand, ditching its white background for bright colors, redesigning its logo, and replacing its 'modern baking' strapline with 'junk-free bakery.'
The mini donuts, muffins and brownies (MSRP $2.99 to $3.99) - rolling out this month in Whole Foods and Fred Meyer - are shipped frozen and defrosted in stores, said the company, which has slashed sugar in its recipes by blending stevia, tapioca syrup, agave inulin, brown sugar and biodynamic cane sugar.
