Kellogg appeals to children with lower fat/sodium plant-based nuggets

Incogmeato frozen Mickey Mouse shaped chik’n nuggets from Morningstar Farms (Kellogg) have 57% less fat and 35% less sodium than regular chicken nuggets. Made with non-GMO soy, the nuggets are a good source of fiber and iron.
