Country Crock unveils plant-based alternative to dairy heavy whipping cream
Plant Cream from Country Crock - a plant-based alternative to dairy heavy whipping cream that can be used as "an easy 1:1 swap with dairy" - has 29% less saturated fat than dairy heavy whipping cream. It is made from a base of lentil protein, palm and canola oil, sugar, and modified corn starch.
