The firm - which is working with PepsiCo on sweet taste modifiers (click HERE) and salt taste modifiers (click HERE) - has appointed Catherine C. Lee to the position of vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
Lee, who has worked in several industries including life sciences, emerging technologies, and consumer services, has advised on business and strategic issues such as public company compliance and corporate governance, complex collaborations and joint ventures, licensing and commercial agreements, domestic and international transactions, and intellectual property management.
Prior to joining Senomyx, she worked at Outdoor Channel Holdings, Sempra Energy, and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison.
