General Mills hires its first chief creative officer

First it coughed up a cool $820m to buy Annie's, and now it's hired its first chief creative officer. Our first new appointment is at General Mills, which has recruited former ad exec Michael Fanuele to focus on brand strategy, strategic planning and creative development.
Michael Fanuele, formerly the chief strategy officer for Fallon, will report to chief marketing officer Mark Addicks.
