Cornfields Inc. puts a superfood twist on puffs
Cornfields Inc. extends its line of Hi I’m Skinny sticks to include new superfoods and a bump in high-demand protein. In 2016, it launched a Mesquite BBQ protein stick that has 5 grams of protein from pea protein isolate – more than twice the 1 or 2 grams of protein in its other SKUs. It also is launching a Mean & Green Superfood Stick that packs kale and spinach powder into a crunch puff and a Roasted Tomato Basil puff made with quinoa flour and whole chia flour. The new SKUs join the manufacturer's Ancient Grains sticks made from quinoa in Sweet Onion and Sea Salt and a Sweet Potato Superfood SKU.
