Root vegetable chips proliferate
Expo West’s tradeshow floor featured several root vegetable chips in bright colors and with different flavor profiles. Kiwa stood out with a full line of conventional and organic veggie chips that are gluten-free, non-gmo, kosher and made with certified sustainable palm oil. The line includes Golden Plantain, Beetroot, Native Andean Potatoes, Vegetable Mix, Sweet Potato Mix, Organic Beets and Cassava and Organic Plantain Crisps. For a slightly sweeter option, it also offers Dehydrated Goldenberry.
