Smucker showcases athlete ambassadors across social media outlets
The J.M. Smucker Company’s partnership with seven Team USA athletes illustrates how a company can go beyond television with an Olympic campaign. The maker of Smucker’s jams and JIF peanut butter is tapping several athletes to promote a Twitter campaign that will donate $1 to the US Olympic Committee to support Olympic hopefuls each time #PBJ4TeamUSA is tweeted. They also are activating the athletes on Instagram and Facebook for its Crustables and Flogers brands, as well as Smucker’s jam and JIF.
