Annie Chun’s Seaweed Crisps offer lunchbox upgrade from conventional chips
Just in time for back-to-school, Annie Chun’s launches two seaweed snacks for students’ lunches. The individual-sized Organic Seaweed Snacks and new Seaweed Crisps are “perfectly portioned, low-calorie and tout the many health benefits of marine veggies – including vitamins A, B and C, a broad range of minerals, essential iron, protein and fiber,” according to the company. Annie Chun’s positions the Crisps, which combine seaweed and a brown-rice chip, as a nutritious swap for processed crackers and conventional chips. The Organic Seaweed Snacks are an update on the firm’s roasted seaweed and comes in Authentic Sesame and Spicy Wasabi.
