Free-from yogurt is modern consumers’ dream
Dreaming Cow’s eight flavors of New Zealand style yogurt is made directly on the farm immediately after milking so it does not include stabilizers, gums, preservatives, added hormones or refined sugar, like some competitors’ products, said the company founder. He explained that the cream top yogurts are also low in sugar, with just 11 to 12 grams, which many consumers want. In addition, the company tried to make the packaging as healthy for the earth as the yogurt is for consumers by including on the containers removable paper wrappers that can be recycled. The unique label also gives the company more space to tell its story, with the underside providing more details on how the farm lets its cows roam in unconfined fields all year.
