Banza gears up to launch plant-based mac & cheese

Chickpea-fueled pasta brand Banza is gearing up for the January 4 launch of a new plant-based mac & cheese featuring chickpea pasta and roasted sweet potatoes. Each serving contains 14g protein. The product is launching at eatbanza.com, Amazon, and selected Whole Foods stores.
