Simply Ice Cream gets into the spirit of Easter with Mini Egg Ice Cream
Simply Ice Cream has revealed it’s bringing back a limited-edition Mini Egg Ice Cream for Easter. The artisan ice cream producer has combined ice cream, made with Kentish double cream, with crushed mini egg pieces for an indulgent seasonal treat.
The newest flavour joins flavours including Coffee & Kentish Cobnut Fudge, Gingerbread and Lemon Curd.
“Our Mini Egg ice cream was such a hit a few years back that we decided to bring it back in 2024,” said Sally Newall, founder of Simply Ice Cream. “Our customers had been asking if it would make an appearance again and we didn’t want to disappoint them!”
The artisan business won Dairy Product of the Year with its Heavenly Honeycomb in the 2023 Taste of Kent Awards. In 2022 they were also winners in the FSB Awards, Kent Business Awards and Muddy Stilettos Awards.
Each 500ml tub of Mini Egg ice cream costs £5.99 and can be found in selected independent cafes, delis and hospitality venues throughout London and the Southeast. The new flavour can also be bought in single serve 120ml tubs from £2.50.
