June - Mercury tainted baby formula milk
Elevated levels of mercury were detected in infant formula made by China's top producer.
Food safety officials found "unusal amounts" of the highly toxic metal in a range of Yili International Group's products.
More than 700 products were tested by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ).
The recall affected products produced between November 2011 and May 2012.
