Siggi’s taps into whole milk trend
If Bulgarian yogurt is still a novel concept for Americans, Icelandic yogurt is gaining traction, thanks to brands such as Siggi’s, Smari and Viking. The latest offering from Siggi’s – whole milk yogurt with a touch of cream - taps into a growing trend towards using whole milk, and promises a “richer taste experience than the 0% and 2% milkfat varieties”.
Siggi's whole-milk yogurts come in four flavors: plain, vanilla, strawberry & rhubarb, and mixed berries (MSRP $1.69).
