onebar, one serving of fruit…
While baobab - the African super-fruit packing an unparalleled nutritional punch - is not the next pomegranate or acai berry - yet, it's only a matter of time before consumers cotton on to its charms, claims California-based Sulo Foods.
Packed with fiber and protein, baobab is also one of the few plant sources of calcium, and it's in all three variants of Sulo Foods’ new ‘onebar’ range.
The 25g gluten-and nut-free bars - which each contain one serving of fruit and 70 calories apiece - are now available in Whole Foods, Peet's Coffee and other stores in the Bay area and beyond.
