Chickpea chips bring a taste of South India
Specialty sauce producer Maya Kaimal Fine Indian Foods has expanded into snacks with a line of Indian-inspired chickpea chips. Made with a blend of chickpeas and rice, gluten-free Maya Kaimal Chickpea Chips are seasoned with the Indian spice asafetida and ground red chili. They are vegan, kosher and GMO- and trans fat-free.
Inspired by a traditional South Indian snack, murukku, Chickpea Chips are available in three flavors: Lightly Salted, Seeded Multigrain and Sweet Chili.
