The British Invasion
Heading to the show floor, we began in the British pavilion, where Coconut Collaborative – a brand started by James Averdieck (the entrepreneur behind indulgent desserts brand Gü) was showcasing a dairy-free yogurt alternative made from coconut milk, tapioca starch, potato starch, pectin, and non-dairy cultures.
The brand, which is rapidly gaining traction in the UK, is now available in blueberry, mango & passionfruit, and original flavors, in 75 Wegmans stores on the east coast plus multiple independent retailers.
