PIG OUT plant-based bacon chips from start-up Outstanding Foods (slated to hit the market in April), were formulated by former Beyond Meat chef and Hampton Creek cofounder Dave Anderson, and made from mushrooms, sunflower/safflower oil, sea salt and seasonings.
