"Cottage cheese has been somewhat stagnant. The last time cottage cheese was a big category was in 1975, when per capita consumption was about 5lbs. Now you are looking at about 2.6lbs. But that said, there is a lot of excitement around innovation in this space as you see Greek yogurt mature. People are definitely looking for the next Greek yogurt and there is some hope that cottage cheese could fill that void. We’ve had a good responses from several retailers in the natural and conventional space.
